Tournament Management

Create and manage full tournaments with fixtures, live scoring, points tables, and playoff rounds — for any sport.

Creating a Tournament

1. 1

   Go to Dashboard → Create Tournament

   Enter tournament name, select sport, set dates, and add a banner/logo.

   Add Teams

   Add participating teams with names and logos. You can also run an auction first to form the teams.

   Choose Format & Generate Fixtures

   Select a tournament format and AuctionPro automatically generates the full match schedule.

   Run Matches with Live Scoring

   Start each match, use live scoring, and the points table updates automatically after every result.

Tournament Formats

Points Table

The points table updates automatically after every match result. It shows wins, losses, points, run rate (for cricket), and playoff qualification status. Share the public tournament link — anyone can view standings without logging in.

Supported Sports

Group (Box Cricket / League)

Groups are for ongoing leagues or box cricket setups where the same set of players play together regularly — colony leagues, office leagues, weekend warriors.

Creating a Group

   Dashboard → Groups → Create Group

   Enter group name, sport, and a cover image. Groups are separate from tournaments — they're for recurring play.

   Add Members

   Invite members by mobile number or share the group join link. Members can track their stats and match history.

   Create a Session (Match Day)

   Each match day is a "session". Select available members, divide into teams on the spot, and start scoring.

   View Member Stats

   Every member's runs, wickets, goals, or relevant stats accumulate across all sessions automatically.

Group vs Tournament

Organisation

An organisation is your top-level entity — a sports club, company, school, or society. All tournaments, auctions, and groups sit under it. Use organisations when multiple people manage events together.

Creating an Organisation

   Dashboard → Organisation → Create

   Enter org name, upload logo, add a short description and sport focus.

2. 2

   Invite Co-Admins

   Add other organisers by mobile number. Assign roles — Admin (full access) or Manager (scoring/fixtures only).

3. 3

   Create Events Under the Org

   All tournaments, auctions, and groups created under the org are shared with all co-admins.

   Public Organisation Page

   Each org gets a public profile showing all past and ongoing events. Share with your community.

Roles & Permissions

Sport Event (Sports Day)

Sport Events are for multi-sport days — corporate Sports Days, school annual sports, society events where many different sports run simultaneously and a combined leaderboard decides the overall winner.

Setting Up a Sport Event

   Dashboard → Sport Events → Create Event

   Enter event name, date, venue, and organiser details. Add a banner and description.

2. 2

   Add Departments / Houses / Teams

   Add the competing units — departments (corporate), houses (school), or teams (society). These accumulate points across all sports.

3. 3

   Add Sport Activities

   Add each sport being played — cricket, football, badminton, 100m sprint, tug of war, etc. Set point values for gold/silver/bronze.

   Record Results Per Activity

   As each event finishes, record the winner. The combined leaderboard updates automatically.

5. 5

   Share Live Leaderboard

   Share the public event link so participants can watch the leaderboard update in real time on any screen or TV.

Point System

You configure how many points each finishing position earns — customise for your event:

Player Registration

Enable player self-registration for the event. Each participant registers once and can be assigned to multiple sport activities. Their individual results and medals are tracked on their profile.
